Responsibilities: * Build and maintain relationships with clients to provide excellent customer service * Analyze client's insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options * Explain policy details, terms, and conditions to clients * Process insurance applications and policy changes accurately and efficiently * Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs Qualifications: * Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * California Accident and Health Licensed (preferred)
