Prospective client has problem with contractor who repaired water damage incorrectly and caused more damage, and with their insurance company that denied the claim. They have spent about $17k in repairs done wrong, and have water damage, mold and other issues. Insurance coverage was denied coverage in March of 2019 so the clock is ticking. They have been back and forth with the contractor but nothing is fixed. The house was built in 2006.
