Client hired contractor to build home addition. Contractor abandoned project after making a mistake. Client spent $60,000 fixing mistake. Unclear if client has obtained counsel already, but some chance that he still needs help. My own area is international business transactions, startups, and joint ventures, and my firms specializes in M&A. So, this is not my typical wheelhouse, so I cannot take it.
