I have a small collection matter which I need to in the Bankruptcy Court in the Western District of Arkansas. I want to file a pro hac vice application but I need a local lawyer who maintains an office in the Eastern or Western District of Arkansas to act as my sponsor and a local counsel. Thanks in advance.
