Levenfeld Pearlstein is seeking a paralegal to support its Finance and Restructuring Group. LP's Finance and Restructuring Group represents both borrowers and lenders. Our lawyers provide day-to-day general counseling to help clients understand and solve complex legal, tax, business, finance and lending issues at every stage of representation. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with commercial finance transactions, excellent communication and technical skills and thrive in a team environment, while still possessing independence, initiative and drive.
