Levenfeld Pearlstein is seeking a tax attorney with 4-7 years of transactional tax experience to join its growing and highly collaborative Corporate Group. The candidate must have experience reviewing and commenting on purchase agreements, operating agreements and other transactional documents from a tax perspective and possess a well-rounded federal corporate, partnership and real estate tax knowledge. The qualified candidate should have experience with private equity transactions and/or real estate joint ventures.
