Our Client is looking for an accounting expert (or related expertise) who has direct experience with the California Enterprise Zone program, discontinued in 2013, which gave businesses a tax credit if they did business in a designated Enterprise Zone. This expert must be able to explain each step it took to get the credit via the Enterprise Zone program. This expert will consult and possibly testify. Prior testifying experience is preferred-location open.
