I have a construction company that has a related company that handles labor union projects. The related company worked on a single project that was ultimately audited. There were discrepencies in the audit and the union and the related company agreed to do another union project where they would pay about $400K of wages. The related company never got another project and went out of business. The union is now suing the defunct corporation and its owner. they need counsel to assist.
